Shackleton announces today that it has launched the first close of its fourth fund: Shackleton Secondaries Victoria.  The fund focuses on financial technology investments.

The central investment of the fund will be a 13% shareholding in FinLeap GmbH, a leading Fintech company builder, based in Berlin.
